LaLa to my family. Like many my love for pasta began at home, I grew up in an Italian-American family where the kitchen was the heart of everything a place for gathering, storytelling, and connecting over food.

During Covid, with time to slow down and reconnect with what mattered most, I began teaching myself the art of fresh pasta. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more. As I shared my pasta-making journey online, friends, family, and eventually teams began asking me to show them how to do it too.

That’s how my pasta company was born. Today, I host elevated, hands-on pasta experiences designed to bring people together in a meaningful and memorable way. Whether I’m working with corporate teams, private groups, or intimate gatherings, my classes are about more than learning a skill, they’re about collaboration, laughter, and connection.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that food has the power to unite us. Through pasta, I create space for people to slow down, work with their hands, and gather around the table. Because the most meaningful moments are always made together.
